The operational test of the system is carried out by the company's own specialists, the corporate auditors, in the framework of internal audits, under the direction of the quality agent. The corporate auditor is able to examine the functioning of the ISO 9000 quality system, to identify shortcomings, discrepancies, and to prepare the audit report, with the guidance of the quality representative and with the appropriate audit technique.
