The heating modernisation sub-programme, launched from a domestic budget, opened on 6 June 2017, is of great interest, with more than 3,500 applications submitted in 24 hours with a grant request of approximately HUF 2 billion. An additional HUF 1.5 billion of the HUF 3.5 billion envelope is currently available to the public.
