Development of an export-oriented cooperation model at SKC-Consulting Kft.
Az SKC-Consulting Kft. won a grant of 74.600.000,- HUF under the New Széchenyi Plan. The investment of HUF 149.2 million has developed a competitive business environment.
In October 2013, SKC-Consultin Kft. began developing the PROJECT GOP-3.3.2-13-2013-0046 for skc-consulting limited liability company. The project was about developing a collaborative model with technological developments and technology procurement in order to develop a competitive business environment.
With our improvements, we have implemented three supported activities. Our developments and purchases supported the cooperation model, which (1) connected Hungarian companies planning to expand into the export market, (2) connected foreign partners and Hungarian production and service companies, (3) and connected our Trading House with the Hungarian SME capable of expanding into the export market.
In addition to the hardware related to information technology development, Web Conference System (WCS), KEMBI CMS, WCS-Trading Connection and CMS-Trading Place software were purchased as part of the project. As a result of technological acquisitions and improvements, the relationship and close contacts were also ensured in the cooperation model.
The cooperation model developed during the project has been able to increase the export opportunities of small and medium-sized enterprises and to strengthen the export activities of SMEs. Our goal was achieved during the project, by the end of the maintenance period the number of enterprises included in the cooperation model reached 200.

SITE DEVELOPMENT AT SKC-CONSULTING KFT IN POLAND
PRESS RELEASE ON THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT "SITE DEVELOPMENT AT SKC-CONSULTING KFT IN POLAND"
SKC-Consulting Kft. has won a grant of 95 558 780 HUF for the implementation of the project "Site development at SKC-Consulting Kft. in Poland". In the framework of the project with a total cost of HUF 159 264 634, SKC-Consulting Kft. has built its factory hall and is prepared to start the activities of a new producer.
The aim of the investment of SKC-Consulting Kft. since 2012 is to establish a new site in Poland. When planning the project, the project's implementation location was selected: Lengyeltóti, which is located in the most disadvantaged region.
As part of the project, we ordered the necessary works for the construction part of the project and obtained the necessary equipment for the development of the site. The general contractor selected at the start of the project cancelled the project for reasons beyond our control, thus we entered into agreements with three other industrial contractors for construction, electrical and mechanical engineering tasks: Sebestyén and Fia Kft., Novill Kft., Csikaiszer Kft. The construction work of the project ended 98% in May 2014, after which the repair works were completed by the contractors and the installation of alba NAPELEM Kft. the planned solar power system. We received permission to use the factory hall in August 2014.
As a result of the development, a production hall of more than 600 m2 was built, the development of the utility and the site was carried out, and the new production activity was prepared with the realization of the investment. On site we plan to launch a new passive house technology assembly activity, which will be introduced on the market as thermomodule. Following the investment from the support provided by the European Union and the Government of Hungary, the company is expected to create more jobs.

Development of a prototype of innovative renewable heat production processes and equipment in nanodusty, dilute plasma
In support of the New Széchenyi Plan, SKC-Consulting Kft. based in Budapest has successfully implemented its research development project, in which we have developed a new process for the production of renewable thermal energy and a prototype of the product based on it.
The research topic of the SKC-Consulting Ltd. project "Development of a prototype of an innovative process and device for renewable heat production in nanoporous dilute plasma" is a reaction based on electroweak interaction in the field of heat generation, which is based on published results, but its wide practical application has not been done so far.
The heat generation reaction that underlies this phenomenon is based on the fusion of electrons and protons into neutrons, which, when they strike any nucleus, produce heat without radioactivity. The prototype used thin layers of metal and carbon, on the surface of which a resonant field - amplification process was created that allows the fusion of electrons and protons (ionised hydrogen, which can be produced from water). This resonant electron-proton fusion is achieved in the device, and the neutrons produced penetrate the atomic nucleus to generate heat. In the device to be implemented in practice, cooling must therefore also be provided - but this will also be necessary to transport the heat released from the nucleus to the "consuming" heat exchanger.
The company's strategy is to further strengthen the 'green technology' trend and to invest further in this area. This strategy is also reflected in the project carried out under this call for proposals, which will in future lead to the further development of a heat production plant with a lower environmental impact than conventional heat production processes.
The project was implemented with a non-reimbursable grant of 155.1 million HUF (63%) and a research and development budget of nearly 245.98 million HUF.

Development of intelligent energy and building engineering control system at SKC-Consulting Kft.
In support of the New Széchenyi Plan, SKC-Consulting Kft. based in Budapest successfully implemented its research development and innovation project, in support of the Economic Development Operational Programme, in which an intelligent energy and building engineering regulatory system was developed.
SKC-Consulting Ltd. closed its project , GOP-1.3.1-11/A-2012-0129, at SKC-Consulting Kft. in February 2014. The aim of the project was to develop a Green Power Control System (GPCS) remotely managed central control system and the Safehome subsystem, which is an integrated part of it, and the final stage to build a prototype, which will significantly increase energy efficiency, especially for public institutions. The system is easy to use and install, capable of improving the energy efficiency of buildings and reducing energy use.
The skc-consulting development engineering team collaborated with the engineers of IC-Produkt Kft. during the project. The project focused on the use of ICT, developing elements of the GPCS system in the framework of application development during implementation, and then developing a new software and an online-based system as the basis for GPCS.
The basic elements of the system developed under the GPCS project are a thermal energy control level, a level of heating and climate control at the level of public buildings, and finally a remote monitoring level that can be defined as elements of a new IT service.
SKC-Consulting Kft. is confident that the intelligent energy and building engineering services developed during the project will be suitable for the efficient operation of public institutions, leisure facilities, industrial units and other facilities on the domestic market, thus providing its partners with environmentally friendly technology that can be used with a cost-effective remote monitoring system.
Project is HUF 100.95 million (50%) almost HUF 201,916 million in research development.

Use of low-energy (thermal) geothermal energy for the production of electricity by heat pump feedback; development of thermal power machinery, production of prototypes and the implementation of industrial rights protection of incorporated intellectual products

The consortium of SKC-Consulting Kft. and the Budapest University of Technology and Economics received 322.324.036,- HUF grants under the Research and Technological Innovation Fund. The investment with a total budget of HUF 459,151,048 will be the development of an energy efficient thermal power machine.
In January 2013, the consortium of SKC-Consulting Kft. and the Budapest University of Technology and Economics began the use of kmr-12-1-2012-0199 low-energy (thermal) geothermal energy for the production of electricity with heat pump feedback; development of thermal power machinery, the production of prototypes and the implementation of industrial law protection of incorporated intellectual products. The aim of the project is to develop an energy efficient thermal power machine, which, at an effective efficiency above the current state of the art, creates an electrical installation from low-energy thermal water. The effective efficiency of the heat force machines (ORC systems) that use the current low-energy source (ORC systems) only reaches 12% in special conditions. Compared to this current situation, we intend to significantly increase the effective efficiency of our thermal power machine. The development is based on the invention of Dr. István Magai, a solution that allows the production of electricity from thermal water with a temperature of 80 degrees C or less. As part of the project, we will also develop a heating - heat exchanger unit for the introduction of energy, which will allow the thermal water containing geothermal heat to be used for electricity generation.
SKC-Consulting Kft. is confident that the energy efficient thermal power machine developed during the project will be able to meet existing needs on the domestic and international market, the product developed will be usable by both the integrator – energy facility construction companies and the technology development companies. The exploitation of the licensing rights in Hungary also allows the company to grow significant industrial production capacity.

The main objective of the project is to make not only fish, but also people healthier.

A project that can solve both problems can be solved by a project that will take you from the lake to the table to see the factors that affect the quality of the fish product. The independent laboratory, university and other professional partners involved in the HUF 1.5 billion project will examine water, sediments, fish stress, processing technologies, develop new cost-effective testing methods and set important limits for the basis of legislation. The main objective of the project is to make not only fish, but also people healthier.
While in Hungary only 6 grams per person per year are consumed, in the European Union they consume an average of 20 kilograms of fish. Low consumer confidence contributes to this, which may be due, among other things, to the fact that, unlike many other product groups (fruit and vegetables, pigs, poultry), very little is known about the quality of Hungarian fish meat.
The project, officially titled 'Developing a new risk management model system to increase water and food safety on the fish line', can significantly improve the situation, short only called HappyFish. At their project launch meeting in January, the representatives of WESSLING Hungary Kft., the independent testing laboratory (leader of the consortium), the Institute of Aquaculture and Environmental Safety of St. Stephen's University and the Department of Refrigeration and Animal Products, as well as The Fishmarket Kft. and SKC Consulting Kft. stressed at their launch meeting in January that the proposal represents an important step not only in the field of food safety (both at home and abroad), but also can also make a significant contribution to increasing fish consumption, which plays a significant role in health preservation. , generating favourable social and economic processes.
HappyFish explores in detail the factors that affect the quality of the fish product from the lake to the table:
- Testing of harmful compounds: Fish living spaces basically determine meat quality, so water and sediments are carefully examined during the project, paying particular attention to environmentally and human-healthly risky compounds such as pesticides, pharmaceutical residues and other organic and inorganic micropollutants.
- Biodetoxification: So-called biodetoxification solutions are developed for the treatment of identified risk points (contaminants), so that they are biodegradable and no toxic or harmful end products remain in the medium.
- Measuring stress effects: The development of state-of-the-art molecular biological methods measures the various stress effects on fish, the minimisation of which is important not only for animal welfare considerations, but also an essential condition for the production of high-quality meat.
- Testing of processing technology: The quality of the finished product is greatly influenced beyond production by the processing technology. A significant part of the project focuses on the more accurate monitoring and development of these processes (e.g. disinfection, changes in internal content).
The main objective is to describe the criteria for quality fish meat, to identify substances that affect the quality of fish meat from lake to table. In conclusion, the development of proposals for limit values, based on risk assessment satismanating and consumption models, which may also undermine the legislation on fish products. Another benefit of the three-year project is that a cheap and efficient investigation could reduce analytical costs, thus increasing the competitiveness of high-quality products on the market. The development of innovative forms (e.g. ready-to-eat, long-lasting) is also an integral part of the project.
The main application amount is HUF 1 419 187 223 net, of which grants are HUF 1 095 243 937 net. The National Competitiveness and Excellence Programme competition was launched by the National Office for Research, Development and Innovation, and the grant is provided by the Hungarian State. This financial framework can make a significant contribution to the competitiveness of the sector and can also establish an internationally recognised aquaculture and fish product line competence centre, where St. Stephen's University and contributing companies can work closely together to continue education and research tasks related to the sector.
