The aim of the training course is to enable future operators to become professionals who are capable of operating the types of machinery registered in the licence - in any economic sector - in a professional and safe manner, and who have the competences required to perform the most typical jobs and occupations related to the given type of machinery. As a result of the training, they should be able to perform the job independently, with appropriate operational safety, professionally and in compliance with the work, accident, fire and environmental protection regulations, at the required level of production.

English language courses CEFR A1

The aim of the training is to develop English language communication skills based on a prior knowledge assessment, taking into account the language needs of employees
in the workplace, with the aim of meeting the requirements of the six levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
recommended by the Council of Europe, at CEFR A1 level.
Number of hours: 90 hours
Conditions for access to the training:
- Access to the training is possible on the basis of the trainer's prior knowledge assessment, at the trainer's discretion.

Developing assertive communication techniques and personal effectiveness

Participants will be trained to quickly and accurately identify their communication partner, to learn about their

Barista training

The aim of this training is to learn the different methods of coffee brewing. They will gain useful professional knowledge in serving and brewing coffee.
With this background knowledge, they will be able to use their skills either at work or as a hobby.
Number of hours of training: 24 hours

History of coffee, Coffee habits
 The aim of the unit is to provide the participants with an understanding of the history of coffee and the most common coffee habits in the world. Coffee drinking traditions in our country
. To learn about the physiological effects of coffee consumption. The participant will gain an established understanding of the
appearance and uses of coffee in this part of the curriculum.
Types of coffee
 The participant will become familiar with the different and most common types of coffee. The most important theoretical knowledge needed to prepare them.
Knowledge of coffee machines and grinders
 The aim of this unit is to familiarise participants with the construction and parts of the most common coffee machines and grinders and to acquire the knowledge needed to use them safely
. To learn about the tools needed for maintenance. Technical knowledge.
Coffee making
 The most important unit of the curriculum, which will enable the participant to prepare not only traditional coffees but also a wide variety of
coffee specialities. During the unit, participants will also prepare and serve the most common types of coffee found in Hungary.

The training institution issues a certificate of the proof of the training requirements in the Adult Education Data Reporting System (FAR) on request of the participant in

Team building

The aim of the training is to improve organisational cooperation, efficiency and team spirit.

 The aim of the unit is to clarify roles and dynamics within the team, to find motivation, to strengthen commitment, to make problem solving within the team
more effective.

 The aim of this unit is to strengthen organisational effectiveness and develop cooperation.

Per unit of material, at the end of each topic and linked to the training exercises. Presentation to the group of solutions to small group/individual exercises

Digital literacy and IPAR 4.0

The aim of training is that in the modern world, it is essential to have at least a basic level of ICT skills, but older workers need to be developed in this direction
, so training is needed to increase the digital maturity of businesses. Digitalisation and IPAR 4.0 play a key role in economic
growth. In order to remain competitive, it is necessary to increase the digital literacy of employees and
employers through training, through which they can acquire an innovative approach and become more open to new technological solutions,
and thus be able to strengthen their position in the labour market and increase the efficiency of their organisation.

Digital skills
 Increase the digital openness of the participants. Digital literacy. To increase the level of digital literacy, expand and develop digital skills
Increased use of digital devices in both home and work environments, making it essential

acquired.
General knowledge of the fourth industrial revolution
 Introduction to the technological revolution in industrial production (digitalised production chains, robotics, automation, cyber-physical systems based on the cooperation of man and machines
). To outline to the participants the benefits of Industry 4.0 and the opportunities it offers, such as
efficient organisation of production, automated production or automated development. Exploiting these opportunities, with a focus on optimisation of
production processes. Industry 4.0 is also about progress and well thought-out internal operations. The aim of completing this unit is to show
trainees how they can make the most effective use of the opportunities at the heart of Industry 4.0.

The aim of the training is to equip participants with the leadership knowledge and skills they need to improve the performance of their team and their organisation

The aim of the training is to encourage the participation of the adult population with low educational attainment and without the skills required by the labour market in
training, and to provide them with the opportunity to acquire knowledge, skills and competences relevant to the labour market. To promote the employment opportunities of people who are about to change
jobs.

Developing labour market competences
 The aim of the training unit is to improve the skills and competences of people who are disadvantaged in the labour market, and who are in need of training.

and to recognise their responsibilities and opportunities for solving inefficiencies in their work environment

Mental skills training

Helping participants to find their own solutions and answers to the questions and stumbling blocks they face in their work, while developing their
awareness, skills and responsibility for shaping their own lives. The participant becomes aware of his/her own realistic self-image. By developing an appropriate
self-image. The aim of this multifaceted interdisciplinary training is multifaceted. The primary goal is to enable the participant, upon completion of the training, to
be able to communicate confidently, whether in his/her personal life or at work, to build new relationships on a daily basis, whether at work or in
his/her personal life.
During the training, participants will learn about their personality flaws and deficits and, through the practical application of Team Flow System, to identify these
deficits and develop their ability to make conscious decisions. You will be able to increase your attention level, reduce stress level
, improve decision quality and regeneration, work effectively in a team.

Title of the training unit, objective:
Relationship building, communication
 To help the participant to find his/her own solutions and answers to the questions and stagnations he/she is currently facing in his/her work
while developing his/her awareness, skills, resilience and responsibility for shaping his/her own life.
 Participants will gain an understanding of the meaning of peer relationships, the rules of appropriate relationship building and the rules of appropriate
communication. Effective relationship building is especially important for those who need to build new relationships on a daily basis. To acquire the
knowledge that will help us to expand our relationships in a fun way.
Self-image and self-awareness, factors affecting personality
 The aim of this unit is to introduce the participant to the concepts of the "self", the factors involved in the development of the self-image,
and the steps involved in developing a realistic and ideal self-image, and to illustrate the relationship between realistic self-awareness and healthy psychological functioning. A

participants learn about the concept of personality and the factors that influence personality. The development of personality through developmental changes

 Participants will be able to identify the causes and effects of the burnout syndrome symptom complex and learn about the prevention and treatment of the resulting periods of unmotivated decline

 The trainee will apply technology that helps to increase attention

Article 22 of Government Decree 11/2020 (7.II.).
The certificate is issued on the basis of the successful completion of the final examination and the fulfilment of the obligations undertaken in the adult education contract.

Optimising service provider behaviour

The training aims to improve organisational efficiency and increase customer satisfaction. In addition, to develop the participant's complaint and conflict management competencies
and to be able to represent the company's goals and values more effectively.

The aim of the training is to enable the participants to use spreadsheet programs with confidence, thus enabling them to work more efficiently and faster

Spreadsheet management
 Upon successful completion of the module, the participant will be able to create and save spreadsheets in different file formats. For efficiency, the participant will be familiar with the built-in functions of
, e.g. Help. Can enter data into cells and create lists. Can select, sort, copy, move, delete data,
and edit rows and columns in worksheets; copy, move, delete and rename worksheets appropriately.
 Can create mathematical and logical functions using spreadsheet functions. Have adequate practice in creating functions
and recognising function errors and formatting number and text content. You can select, create and format appropriate graphs to convey information
as accurately as possible. You will be able to set the page numbers of the table correctly
and to check and correct the content before printing.

Title and purpose of the training unit:
Work, fire and accident prevention
 By completing this unit, the trainee should be able to demonstrate the specific work, accident, fire and
environmental protection requirements of the cleaning profession, the basic knowledge of how to avoid hazardous situations and environmental pollution.
 Have a correct knowledge of the procedures and technologies used at the cleaner level in terms of technological discipline and be able to
implement them at a skill level. Know the principles of operation, preparation, use
and storage requirements of all handling equipment, hand tools, machines and accessories that may be used at this level. Learn the expected and professional behaviour and actions in case of danger.
Developing the competence of cleaners
 The trainee will be able to perform his/her work with added value in a more organised and efficient way by completing the unit.
Form of assessment:
Interactive knowledge check during the lessons (demonstration, explanation) through open, guided questions by the teacher. During individual and group
assignments, continuous feedback from the instructor on the correct application of the acquired knowledge.

Eligible qualifications: pass/fail
At least 50% completion of the final practical exercise. Final exercise is the application of knowledge appropriate to the skills acquired. Removal of a given contaminant
by manual or mechanical means.
Time allowed : 10 minutes
The task includes: identification of the contaminant, identification of the area/surface, description and assessment of its physical and chemical properties, determination and preparation of the treatment
agent required, safe execution with due respect for technological discipline.
Conditions for the issue of the certificate:
The training institution issues a certificate on the verification of the training requirements in the Adult Education Data Reporting System (FAR) at the request of the participant, in accordance with
Article 22 of Government Decree 11/2020 (7.II.).
The certification of "passed" in the accountability system for all units of the curriculum and the fulfilment of the
obligations undertaken in the adult education contract.

Wordwall training

The primary aim of the training is to enable participants who are interested in using Wordwall to be able to easily and quickly
use Wordwall, which is a simple and quick way to create tasks, thus offering a versatile practice opportunity for students, their children
or other persons.

Wordwall program basics
 By completing the unit, the trainee should be able to demonstrate the basic functionality of the Wordwall program.
The trainee will be able to demonstrate the basic steps of using Wordwall, the steps of registration, the use of the menu.
Wordwall program steps
 The trainee will be able to perform his/her work with added value to a higher level by completing this unit. Increase their digital literacy
by transferring knowledge in a more colourful and playful way to anyone. Create assignments and homework
using the Wordwall program and share them with others. If necessary, print out the assignments.
Form of accountability:
Interactive knowledge check during lessons (demonstration, explanation) with open, guided questions from the teacher. During individual and group
assignments, continuous feedback from the instructor on the correct application of the knowledge acquired.

Stress management

The aim of the training is to make participants aware of how stress affects their body, what its harmful effects can be and how to reduce them.
They will learn about constructive methods. By using the stress management strategies that they will learn during the training, they will be able to effectively manage and reduce the effects of the stress
that affects them in their daily work and private life, and thus increase their personal effectiveness.

 During the learning of this unit, participants will learn what stressors are, how to identify them and the methods used to
solve them.
 What are the characteristics of personal and work-related stressors
Stress management
 Upon successful completion of the unit, participants will learn how to cope effectively with stressful situations.

Form of the question: practical
Frequency of the question: at the end of the training and in connection with the training exercises.

Content of examinations: at the end of the training, the assessment will cover the knowledge, skills,
abilities and competences required to meet the unit objectives.
Method(s) for assessing the level of knowledge of adults: presentation to the group of solutions to small group/individual tasks
prepared in advance by the instructor, oral assessment by the instructor.
Final assessment: independent solution of a practical task (situational) prepared by the instructor

Levels of requirements for the qualifications to be obtained:
Passed: the participant is absent for no more than 20% of the total hours and actively participates in the exercises.

The participant's absence does not exceed the level specified in the adult education contract.

Knowledge of the care and maintenance of parks and gardens

Maintaining green spaces (grass, flowers, ornamental woody plants). The aim of the training is to acquire this knowledge.

Title and aim of the training unit:
General knowledge of parks and gardens
 During the unit, participants will acquire the most important technical knowledge related to garden and park maintenance. They will learn about the principles of operation and construction of power and working machines and tools used in garden
and park maintenance.
Care and maintenance of plants
 On successful completion of this unit, participants will become familiar with the maintenance of green areas. For each group of plants
forming a green area, they will learn in detail about the general and specific maintenance work of the plant group.
Form of the question:
Form of the question: practical
Frequency of the question: per unit of the curriculum, at the end of each topic and in connection with the training exercises.
Content of the assessment: per unit of learning material, the assessment will cover the knowledge,
skills, abilities and competences necessary to meet the requirements to fulfil the unit objectives.

Method(s) to check the level of knowledge of adults: presentation of solutions to small group/individual tasks prepared in advance by the teacher
to the group, oral assessment by the teacher. Oral evaluation during lectures and observation of the correct application of the theory in
practice. Checking and evaluation of the results of the classroom exercise.
Final assessment: independent solution of the practical exercise set by the instructor
